By using Chinaside, you agree to these terms. They're short because the deal is simple: we're a discovery layer, not a store.

What Chinaside is (and isn't)

We host no goods and process no payments. Listings are user-submitted links to items sold on third-party marketplaces (Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and similar). Any purchase is a transaction between you, the marketplace seller, and the shopping agent you choose — we are party to none of it.

Outbound links redirect to those third-party marketplaces and agents. We don't control their prices, stock, quality, or policies.

Affiliate disclosure

We earn referral commissions from shopping agents when you buy through our links. Some links carry the house code; creator-posted links usually carry the creator's own code. The full split is documented on the creator program page. Commissions never change the price you pay.

User-submitted content

You own what you post, and you grant us a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Don't post content you don't have rights to, spam, malware links, or anything illegal. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Prices, QC photos, and availability are community-sourced and may be wrong or stale. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from purchases made on third-party platforms.

Governing terms

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment. Questions: contact@chinaside.gg.
