DSA Reporting

Last updated: 2026 · chinaside.gg

Under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), Chinaside designates a single point of contact for authorities and for users reporting illegal content.

DSA point of contact
contact@chinaside.gg — communication in English is accepted.

Reporting illegal content

If you believe content on Chinaside is illegal, email the address above with:

— the exact URL of the content on our site;
— an explanation of why you consider it illegal, with the relevant law if known;
— your name and email address (unless the report concerns certain serious offences where anonymity is protected);
— a statement that your report is made in good faith and is accurate.

What we do with notices

We review every notice without undue delay, act on valid ones by removing or disabling access to the content, and tell you what we decided and why. If your content was removed, you'll be told the reason and can contest the decision by replying to our notification.

Remember that Chinaside hosts links and community posts only — the underlying goods live on third-party marketplaces. Where a complaint targets a marketplace listing itself, we will remove our link to it and recommend you also notify the marketplace.
