Chinaside is a discovery layer: listings are user-submitted links to items sold on third-party marketplaces. We host no goods and sell nothing ourselves — but we take rights-holder complaints seriously and act on valid notices.

How to file a takedown

Email contact@chinaside.gg with:

— the URL(s) of the listing(s) on chinaside.gg you object to;
— proof that you own or represent the rights concerned (e.g. trademark registration number, or authorization from the rights holder);
— your contact details;
— a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.

What happens next

On receipt of a valid notice we remove the listing page and its outbound links from Chinaside without undue delay, and confirm the removal to you by email. Repeat submitters of infringing links may have their accounts terminated.

Because the goods themselves are sold on third-party marketplaces, removal from Chinaside does not remove the underlying marketplace listing — we recommend rights holders also notify the marketplace and the shopping agents directly.
